I was impressed with the quality of construction and the attention to detail of the TMSH versus the other builders I saw. I also really liked the floor plan, it was well thought out and the use of space was wonderful. I like the three year warranty, it reassures me that the the builder stands behind his product as well as giving me peace of mind should anything unexpected happen.
