Right-sized for the home. Performance is tested

Water Heating: Gas water heater - .61 rating
Appliances: Energy Star qualified if build-in
Lighting: Energy Star qualified; minimum 50% of bulbs to be CFLs
Inspections: 1) before framing cover, 2) after insulation, 3) at completion
